It was better being 13.

"Why" you might ask..

Well, as a level 14 I have 38 energy. Each attack costs me 13 energy, so I get a max of two attacks before I have to wait another tick for that one lousy energy point that would allow me to attack again.

At level 13 I had 36 energy, each attack cost me 12 energy, and I could attack 3 times without having to pause for energy at any point. It's rather annoying.
