is there a bug in the game? The reason i ask is i went to senda gang mail, when i clicked gang mail, it shows me this screen...

first of all i didnt type a gang mail, and i am not in a war? LMAO
When i go to try to declare a war it tells me i have declared war, but i didnt get to choose a gang?, nor wil it let me war. No one else seems to be having this problem. Other members in my gang can declare war and send gang mails.
PLEASE HELP |
