I like the option of turning your character into a cyber enhanced player.

I hope AL doesn't go to far Sci-Fi, IMO it would loose credibility. One thing that brought me to AL is the fact that it is more real life than fantasy or Sci-Fi.

I think "near-future" additions would be cool. I mean anything we could imagine seeing in our lifetimes. Most of the cyber additions aren't as far fetched as they sound (especially after I watched the documentary 2050 on Discovery)

And with the cell networks, wireless internet networks and such it won't be long before you can have internet access nearly anywhere in the world. that would certainly support any hacking type addtions!
